End exploitation of Illinois Order of Protection laws.
There is an unbalance in 18 USC 922(g)(8) (1994) in the credibility of the threat and balance of 2nd Amendment rights. Such acts are an insult to people who have been battered by partners and fear for their lives; not just things that amount to bickering and weak manipulation attempts. I feel for victims of true domestic abuse but 18 USC 922(g)(8) goes too far.
Also, end exparte orders and such acts that confiscate respondents' firearms (reference United States v. Rahimi) violating our 2 amendment rights. Require DUE PROCESS!
