The Extrudery

The Extrudery is my little factory of weird, precise, beautiful things.
CNC, lasers, 3D scanning, printing, casting, epoxy, glass, metal – if you can imagine it, I probably have a way to extrude it into the real world.

CNC & Laser Services

Machines: 1500 × 1500 mm Ultimate Bee CNC + Spider S1 laser/CNC combo.

  • Wall & ceiling panels
    • 1/8" intricate panels – chaos stars, sigils, geometric patterns, full scenes.
    • Layered, stained, and stacked to create dimensional wall art and ceiling tiles.
    • A practical alternative to wallpaper/paint that you can take with you when you move.

  • Signs & custom parts
    • Lettering, logos, house signs, shop signs, control panels, jigs, templates.
    • Wood, plastics, light aluminum work.
    • Engraving and inlay options.

  • Glass & plexiglass
    • Cutting and etching on glass or stained plexi.
    • Glass panels and inserts with embedded imagery, text, or logos.

Stained Glass & Stained Plexiglass

  • Traditional stained-glass style panels.

  • Plexiglass “faux stained glass” where I can control color, diffusion, and backlighting.

  • Great for windows, light boxes, shrines, and memorial pieces.

Picture Frames & Display Hardware

  • CNC-cut or router-table-made picture frames.

  • Custom sizes, odd shapes, multi-opening collage frames.

  • Frames for 3D prints, busts, and relics (stones, shells, tickets, etc.).

3D Scanning, Portraits & Custom Bases

3D scan → digital model → physical object.

  • Portrait busts (humans or pets)
    • Full-color scans, then 3D printed, cast, or both.
    • Scale from chess-piece size up to life-sized torsos.

  • Wild bases
Want your kid’s head on a nuclear reactor, a witch box, a cauldron, or a reactor core shrine?
I can design and build custom bases and environments for your scanned model.

  • Miniatures & small runs
    • Chess-set scale pieces and mini busts.
    • Short production runs for gifts, events, or Patreon rewards.

Molds, Casting & Candles

  • Custom mold design for repeated objects: candles, soaps, resin pieces, chocolate, you name it.

  • Complex geometry is welcome – that’s kind of the point.

  • Once the mold exists, we can run batches as needed.

Bronze, Aluminum & Metal Options

Pipeline: 3D scan → 3D print → burnout → metal casting (via trusted partners).

  • Bronze and aluminum sculptures, plaques, and busts.

  • Good for heirloom pieces, awards, and memorials.

Optional finishing: patina, polishing, powder-coat, or mixed-media bases.

Urns & Memorial Work

Everything I do can be aimed at human or pet memorial pieces:

  • Custom urns (3D printed, cast, or metal).

  • Bust + urn combos, shrines, wall pieces, and keepsake objects.

  • Hand painting / airbrushed finishes available.

Epoxy, Gemstone & Wall Encapsulation

  • Epoxy picture frames with embedded stones, bolts, shells, sand, and other relics.

  • Wall tiles or panels encapsulating sea shells, sand from a specific beach, or crushed gemstones.

  • I can source birthstones or other stones you like.
Want a crushed-ruby wall that glows under blacklight? We can talk.

Glass Work (Non-Pipe)

  • Glass blowing and hot-shop work focused on:
    • Vases
    • Sculptural objects
    • Non-smoking glassware

  • There are already enough bongs in the world. I’m interested in everything else.

Digital Twins & NFTs (Optional)

Any physical object can come with a matching NFT or digital token:

  • Acts as a certificate of authenticity and provenance.

  • Can be used later in games, AR/VR, or as a way to track editions.

Future / In-Progress

  • White-light scanner rigs at tourist locations, events, and pop-ups.
    • Walk up, get your head/hands scanned.
    • Either quick on-site prints or a customized piece designed with you and shipped later.

How to Work With Me

  1. Idea: Tell me what you’re trying to make (wall, memorial, gift, sculpture, whatever).

  2. Scan / Design: We scan, model, or CAD it.

  3. Material & finish: Choose wood, resin, metal, glass, epoxy, stones, etc.

  4. Build: I fabricate, finish, and (optionally) mint a digital twin/NFT.

  5. Delivery: Pickup in Chicago or shipping arranged.

If you send me a weird idea and it makes me say “oh hell yes,” there’s a very good chance we can build it.

The intent is all works or services be paid for exclusively in the Cryptocurrency Monero (XMR). Figure it out.
